Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager (Part-time)
Indigene Arts is looking for a dedicated individual with a startup fundraising experience and a knowledge of government grants. Fundraising Manager will need to be innovative and creative in using their expertise to plan and prioritize fundraising activities, help manage and develop prospect lists, write grant proposals and manage relationships with our current and prospective investors.
- Reports to CEO
- Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors
- Producing and updating collaterals including decks, pitchbooks, investor updates and reports
- Manage the relationships with our current and prospective investors, including through organizing events, scheduling meetings, managing and updating our investors
- Drive projects related to lead generation and sales pipeline, organizing fundraising pitch sessions
- Track and monitor the investor lifecycle and ensure that all investor queries are addressed in a timely manner
- Work with potential investors through their diligence, subscription and onboarding process
- Lead on development of new funding streams
- Develop and maintain effective supporter journeys for the development of relationships and retention
- Research investment and government grants opportunities, and write or co-write grant proposals with our partner organizations
- Be a positive representative of Indigene Arts, including but not limited to attendance at important functions, meetings, media outreach and events
- Be a strong advocate for the social impact of Indigene Arts as it relates to new economic opportunity and preservations of cultures.
- Maintain company’s Pitch Deck in collaboration with the CEO and other senior executives
- Update website with the latest fundraising activities or news
- Participate in Pitch sessions, co-present or support the CEO during pitch sessions
- Do outreach to potential investors
- Look for new partnership opportunities, attend networking events and business development activities
