Manager, Customer Service of Indigene Arts (Part-time)

Indigene Arts is looking for someone who has exceptional customer service, communication skills and a strong sense of accountability and integrity. Bring a positive energy to those around you in help, which is in line with our mission and vision. You’ll be the first point-of-contact for buyers, sellers and the media. This position requires you to be a team player who builds open and honest relationships.

  • Answer customer messages via phone, chat, email and social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc)
  • Assist customers with technical and non-technical issues related to orders, registrations, store set up and products management
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Help sellers with onboarding and updates to their product listings (titles, descriptions, prices, keywords, images, etc)
  • Create Help section of the marketplace by turning frequently asked questions into help articles
  • Update standard operating procedures
  • At a later stage, build and inspire a team of Customer Service Representatives
